Terms and Conditions for Gift Card Referral Program

1. The referral program is valid for existing Deck Science customers only.
2. Referrals must be made by the end of 2024 to be eligible for the program.
3. The referred customer must be a new Deck Science customer and make a minimum purchase of $15,000 to qualify for the program.
4. The existing customer will receive a check worth $1000 once the referred customer’s purchase is completed and verified.
5. The referred customer will be eligible for a credit of $1000 towards their purchase once the minimum purchase amount of $15,000 is met.
6. The gift card must be used in its entirety by the end of the calendar year. Any remaining balance will be forfeited.
7. The referred customer must mention the existing customer’s name and contact details at the time of purchase.
8. The value of the gift card is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts.
9. The referral program is subject to availability and may be modified or terminated by Deck Science at any time without prior notice.
10. Deck Science reserves the right to verify the validity of referrals and the referred customer’s purchase before issuing any payment or credit.
11. Deck Science will issue the $1000 check to the existing customer within 60 days once the referred customer’s purchase has been successfully completed.
12. Any fraudulent or suspicious activities related to the referral program may result in disqualification and/or legal action.
13. By participating in the referral program, both the existing customer and the referred customer agree to allow Deck Science to use their names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation.

By participating in the referral program, both the existing customer and the referred customer acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
