Can’t recommend Deck Science enough! The entire process was seamless, from the initial quote through construction. The crew was neat and timely and they beat their expected timeline by an entire week! Would certainly recommend them to anyone.

We’re really happy with how our new deck turned out! We had several companies come out and give us bids, and Deck Science fell somewhere in the middle.

Our experience did get off to a bit of a rocky start, as our initial meeting was postponed twice. However, once we finally met with Phil, he really made a difference. He took the time to walk us through everything, breaking down the different options, materials, and what to expect throughout the process. Rather than just giving us a sales pitch, he made sure we understood what we were getting, answered all of our questions, and explained things in a way that was easy to follow. We never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, which we really appreciated. That initial conversation with Phil was ultimately what sold us on choosing Deck Science over the other companies.

There were a few other hiccups along the way, and not everything went exactly as planned. That said, the issues were addressed and resolved, which we appreciated.

At the end of the day, we have a deck that we absolutely love, and that's what matters most. We're glad we chose Deck Science, and I especially want to give Phil credit for taking the time to help us understand everything throughout the entire process and making us feel confident in our decision!

I am very happy with the work that was done. The deck looks beautiful and was completed quickly. Communication was good and pricing was fair. I like that they work with greensky financing, too.

Good design, accommodating our specific situation, which a couple of other companies weren't willing to take on. The guys who did the building worked really hard and kept the site clean. The final result looks great, and came in on budget despite a few surprises.

We had an overall great experience with Deck Science. David was very helpful, detailed, and thorough in the beginning, making sure we could achieve what we wanted from our project. Emily did an awesome job helping move everything through to completion, and Joe was also very helpful toward the end.

There were a few hiccups along the way, as well as some changes we made during the project, but the Deck Science team remained patient and professional throughout the entire process. Daymon and the onsite crew did a great job and built us a beautiful deck. We’re very happy with the finished result and appreciate everyone’s hard work!

Deck science was great to work with! I love that we got updates all the time. The crew we had was AWESOME! They were hard workers, especially with all the rocks they ended up having to dig out when putting in the footings! We love the new deck!

I recently had a new deck built, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service and communication were excellent. The team kept me informed every step of the way, which gave me complete confidence in the process.

The final deck is stunning—high-quality work paired with high-quality materials. Every detail shows the care and craftsmanship that went into the project. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-made deck and a smooth, professional experience.

Alexander was a great representative for my purchase of a new deck. I love everything about deck science and will recommend them to all my friends. I highly suggest you use their business. Alexander even took me out to dinner as a congratulations of my new installation. Love Alex and his team.

Alexander Santos and deck science made getting a new deck absolutely seamless. I was informed in every step of the process. They even took the time to break down the price and show me what I was actually paying for. The crew did a beautiful job, the deck came out exactly how Alexander Santos said it would. Couldn’t suggest a better company and representative to partner with on a new deck then Alexander Santos and Deck Science.

Very happy with my Deck Science experience. We had a lot of trouble with the city and so had to go through several design iterations. The team and my sales representative were all very supportive and creative about finding good solutions to our problems. I also really appreciated that they stuck to their price and their timeline. I highly recommend Deck Science if you need a custom deck.

The Deck Science team and all members we got to work with were amazing from start to finish. We bought a new house last October, and the deck was an issue. After having a couple companies come out to quote us, Todd from Deck Science gave me a reasonable quote and worked with me to have the project fit our budget. After we got scheduled Emily kept us up to date throughout the entire process. She even helped provide concrete contractor options (which she did because she is an amazing human, not in her job description) and put our concerns at ease throughout the process. Then the guys that built the deck. Fantastic. Damon, Zach and the rest of the crew tore down the old deck, hauled all the debris away, and built the entire deck within about 6 days, with almost zero damage to our yard btw. Talked my through any questions I had, and even caught a major problem we had with our irrigation (we had an under ground leak that they noticed and helped troubleshoot the problem). Hard workers, fair and professional. Couldn’t recommend this team more!!!

We had a few deck companies come out to give us a quote to rebuild our deck. Deck Science has really checked all of our boxes. I can’t tell you how great of an experience we have had with Micah! He goes above and beyond to explain all the ins and outs of the products they offer and the process of how the deck will be built. You can tell Micah really strives to help his clients feel confident the whole way through. We are beyond excited for our deck to be built!

Alex @ Deck science has been fantastic to work with from the very beginning of the deck project. He’s been patient in answering ALL the questions, no matter how small, and has been flexible in adjusting the plans to accommodate city requirements and limitations. He even brought the mobile showroom to my home, which made choosing the design and materials so much easier. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail have made the entire planning process a great experience. We can’t wait to get this project started!

I would recommend Deck Science, and Alex, if you’re thinking about doing a deck project! It was all smooth sailing from start to finish!

We had 5 deck contractors out to quote us on a new build (14x16) maintenance free with stairs. DeckScience wasn’t the cheapest, but weren’t the most expensive either. We appreciated the hour initial session where they showed us all the product options we could choose from. They have a wonderful warranty too. The team, yes team, kept us up-to-date on our project via an online site. From draftsman sending over the first draft of the deck, to revisions, city permit files, crew assignments, etc. - it was all communicated through the online site. On build day, the crew showed up bright and early. They cleaned up after themselves every evening before heading home. Having the deck space picked up was huge for us as we have dogs walking around who are curious, lol. Our deck was built in ~4 days. The entire team was professional. I give them 5 stars for communication too. Highly recommend!

Deck Science team has been fantastic to work with and did a great job on the deck. We used the Deckorators Voyage product and couldn’t be happier. From the sales team, pm’s, and the craftsman on site, they’ve been professional, knowledgeable, and very very positive. Job well done.

We had a great experience working with Micah at Deck Science. Before choosing them, we had several other deck companies come out for consultations, and Deck Science was the best experience.

Micah spent over 2 hours with us during our initial consultation. He was transparent throughout the process and there was no pressure or “sales pitch” feeling at all. He genuinely wanted us to make the best decision for our home and our budget.

Micah was a pleasure to work with and it’s clear that he cares about the quality of his work and the experience his customers have. We would absolutely recommend Micah and Deck Science to any family or friends looking to build a new deck or replace an old one.

Deck Science took an old, dilapidated and quite frankly dangerous deck and transformed it into a beautiful outdoor space our family will be able to enjoy for decades to come. The project was completed on time and on budget...how do you get better than that? Our team was professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I can wholeheartedly endorse Deck Science and encourage anyone looking to build or remodel a deck to give them a serious look.
